Ubertas Consulting launches its new Customer Success Management Team!

To further enhance a high quality of service and help customers get the most out of our technical team on your AWS solution, we’re now launching our new Customer Success Management team.

What is a CSM?

A Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive, and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

A CSM is a first point of contact and point of escalation in our technical team. They will oversee and manage projects, facilitate any technical conversation and prioritise your needs internally and within AWS.

Engaging as trusted advisors our CSM’s will work closely with you, AWS staff and experienced AWS technicians to simplify Amazon Web Services and recommend the best services for you. CSM’s help clients understand their evolution into a cloud centric model.

Introducing Henry, Oliver and Tom – our new team of Customer Success Managers.

Ollie is a tenured Customer Success Manager, with experience in project management, customer relations and delivering a great service. He’s previously helped clients in Rackspace Technology meet complex IT challenges (including cloud migrations and other projects). Oliver is AWS certified, he has worked with customers at every stage of development in their cloud journey and is happy to ensure your project is delivered to your needs, time and in budget.

Prior to working at Ubertas Consulting, Henry has worked for a Machine-Learning SAAS company and a Global Digital eLearning Provider. During his career, he has been able to understand the importance of digital transformation and when successfully executed how businesses flourish. He has experience managing accounts and programmes for businesses ranging in size from SMEs to global corporations and is eager to help you realise your cloud requirements.

Tom has been with Ubertas for a few years, helping a range of customers to build and grow through their AWS journey. Tom has a background in Customer Service and Account Management, ensuring that every client is in the best hands from the start, to the end of the project and beyond.
